Service Description
Stress is a physiological and psychological response to a change in a situation the body and mind find to be overwhelming. Chronic stress can have a wide range of negative health effects including decreased immunity, heart disease, depression, digestive problems, and sleep disorders. Understanding the relationship between stress and illness is important in managing stress and achieving optimal health. Learning how to manage the stress response, will help to decrease the harmful physical and psychological effects of stress. At Alrana health Clinic we help to manage stress, revitalize energy, and restore mental and emotional balance and resilience. We use biofeedback, Heart Math stress reduction techniques and EFT-Tapping to reduce sympathetic activation (stress response) and increase parasympathetic activation (relaxation response) of the nervous system and Brain and Heart Coherence.
